Visa-free entry for tourism, cultural activities, and short-term visits for eligible nationalities. Korea Electronic Travel Authorization (K-ETA) normally required but temporarily exempt for 67 countries until December 31, 2025.

Starting February 24, 2025, all foreign nationals except registered residents, K-ETA holders, group visa holders, and airline crew must submit an e-Arrival Card online. Note: K-ETA is a travel authorization (₩10,000, 3-year validity) while e-Arrival Card is a free digital arrival form (72-hour validity). K-ETA holders are exempt from e-Arrival Card requirements.
